Supported
Living:
Traditional group home living is a wonderful opportunity
for many disabled adults. There are individuals,
however, whose wants and needs can be met with much less
structure or staff assistance.
Supportive Living
Services, Inc.-
“Supported Living” program provides the opportunity for
independent living while still offering a variety of
supports to ensure happy, healthy, and productive lives.
Hours of provided services are determined based on
individual needs and can be increased or decreased as
these need change. All services are home-based and
supports can include financial assistance, health
monitoring, and socialization opportunities.
Companion
Services:
Supportive Living Services, Inc. offers “Companion
Services” to developmentally disabled adults living in
their own or their family’s residences. This program
provides staff supervision and assistance that focuses
on the health and safety of the individual.

Companion
staff may assist the adult individual in all areas of
daily living as well as provide for safe and enjoyable
socialization opportunities. Services are planned and
provided in a cooperative effort with the individual,
family, Support Coordinator and SLS staff members.

This
program can provide the adult individual with the
opportunity to maintain independent living skills as
well as provide family members an increased sense of
security in regards to the individual’s health and
safety. SLS recognizes the importance of dependable and
consistent service provision. All of our home-based
programs are staffed with a core group of trained and
compassionate employees. Scheduled hours are based on
the needs of the individuals and we recognize that these
needs may change and are prepared to adjust as needed. |
