Autism Services
Supportive Living Services,
Inc. is an enrolled provider for the Adult Autism Waiver. As
such, we can provide a variety of services to individuals,
age 21 or older, who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum
Disorder. All our staff members are trained according to the
Bureau of Autism Services guidelines and will maintain the
integrity of our agency’s core mission statement. Agency
staff will work closely with family members, Supports
Coordinators, and, if necessary, Behavior Specialists, to
ensure consistent and effective service provision. We are
available to provide the following services:
Community Inclusion
This service provides one on
one staffing to assist the individual in acquiring,
maintaining, and improving the skills necessary to lead a
fulfilling and productive life in the community. It can
include activities designed to enhance adult daily living
skills, facilitate community access and awareness, and
ultimately reduce the need for assistance by encouraging and
teaching independent living skills.
Residential
Habilitation/Community Home
This program offers all of
the benefits of our residential Services but is geared
toward serving individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum
Disorder.
In Home Respite
Respite services can be
provided in either planned or emergency situations. Trained
staff members are available to provide necessary support
when the individual’s caregiver is unable to do so. We make
every effort to maintain the individual’s regular schedule
of activities so as not to interrupt progress toward
life-enhancing outcomes. |
